
Refund and Returns Policy for Nexaacity

At Nexaacity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your items, we are here to help you through the return or exchange process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not be final sale or non-returnable (such as certain accessories, sale items, or intimates).
- You must provide the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to process your return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@nexaacity.com or call (719) 596-7003 to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags intact. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Nexaacity is not responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as for returns. Upon receiving your return, we will process your exchange and send you the new item. You may be required to pay for the shipping difference if the exchange involves a higher-priced item or expedited shipping.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. To assist in the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
5. Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Clearance or deeply discounted items
- Intimate wear or swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made products
These items are clearly marked as final sale on the product page.
6. International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties. Please ensure that your return complies with the shipping regulations of your country.
